SESAME has up dated its traditional brochure and leaflet in order to reflect its relatively new role as a laboratory that is now receiving scientists who are using its facilities for their experiments. Since July 2018, when the first users came to the light source, there have been 39 experiments carried out at SESAME involving 31 groups of users coming from 9 countries, and peer-reviewed papers are starting to appear. During their work at SESAME, users generally stay at SESAME’s Guest House.
It has also produced a brochure highlighting the opportunities SESAME offers for industry. A copy of this brochure will be given to the participants in the Open SESAME 1st Industry and Applied Science Workshop that takes place at SESAME on 28-29 October 2019.
