The American Physical Society (APS) is inviting applications for awards from the Distinguished International Researchers in Areas of Conflict (DIRAC) programme, supported by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.
The APS DIRAC programme is designed to assist physicists — including students, postdocs, and established researchers — whose work has been disrupted by political unrest or conflict, to continue their studies or research and maintain connections with the international physics community.
More information about the numerous virtual and in-person opportunities offered by an APS DIRAC award are available on the web site of the programme
The closing date for the submission of applications is 31 October 2025.
