Scope of this action: Training of young science administrators and managers from the SESAME Members in two workshop modules. The first will be held at the Cyprus Institute in Nicosia (Cyprus) in May 2018 and the second in Izmir (Turkey) in October 2018. As the two modules are interconnected, both workshops are to be attended by the same participants. They are open to a total of about 25 participants.
This training is being organized by DESY (Deutsches Elektronen- Synchrotron) and collaborating partners in the framework of the Open SESAME project.
Applicants: Applicants are expected to be well-qualified young professionals in science management and administration involved in work related to research infrastructures and SESAME in the widest context, and to have personal qualities that ensure that they are good representatives of their respective organisation and/or country.
