On March 24, thirty-six students and four teachers from the Lycée Français International de Dubaï visited SESAME for the 2nd time during the last 2 years. The visit began with an introduction to SESAME’s activities given by the Coordinator, Microtron & Machine Diagnostics Beamline, Dr. Maher Attal who said, “I could really see the level of understanding developing, reflected in the questions I was being asked”. After the introduction, the students took a tour of SESAME’s beamlines, labs and the service area led by the Beamline Scientists.
Ms. Stephanie Cormier from the Lycée Français International de Dubaï, said “the visit was inspiring and we will be keeping in touch to arrange more visits in the future for our students”.
